Chicken breast has to be cut in half on the diagonal to make four roughly equal portions. Use a shallow bowl (preferably glass or porcelain) and combine together 1/4 cup of salsa, garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of liquid drained from salsa. Toss on the chicken pieces, stir them into the mixture, and make the paste cover all the chicken. Cover the chicken and marinate for about two hours in the refrigerator. Remove the chicken, allow it to thaw and shake off the marinade thoroughly and pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. On both the sides of the pieces, brush with the remaining oil. If you want to broil, place the chicken on a well-oiled broiler pan or wire rack set on a baking sheet. Now, broil or grill, turning once, for about 15 minutes, until a thermometer reads the inner temperature as 170 degrees F. Now your Boneless chicken with salsa is ready to be served to your guests.
Try a spicy chicken soup or a bowl of some very hot chilli dish if you are suffering from ear problems and it will help the mucus flow and the ears to drain, relieving painful pressure. Also do not forget to gargle with salt water during these tough times. If any of you are suffering eczema, try to use starflower oil that can be obtained from health food shops or any medical store. Snip a capsule and rub the oil into the affected area for about 30 days. You can try primrose oil for itchy skin.
